Welcome back to Metal Shop - your weekly four hour dose of brutality! We began tonight with new Immolation into some classic Iron Maiden to get the feel right. Tonight we were happy to announce the return of the almighty GWAR to the Northwest on November 10th at the Showbox Sodo! Halfway through this hour we talked with Jon Shaffer, OG guitar player and member of the band Iced Earth, who just put out a huge comeback record this year and are kicking ass on the road currently. Of course if you haven't been living under a rock, you will know that Iron Maiden is coming back to town and we also gave away tickets to see them! Oh yeah, did we mention Crowbar?
