Tonight we hit you with Demonaz, Deivos, Feastem, Defeated Sanity, Iron Lung, Premonitions Of War, Wormrot and Antigama. We gave out our second pair of tickets to see Rammstein this hour, and aired Kevin's Brutal Poetry featuring Haemorrhage - Open Heart Butchery. We ended tonight by opening up the lines to Metal Shop last call and played requests for Cavalera Conspiracy, Gojira, and lastly Cleveland's own Integrity.

Tonight's Metal Shop began with Machine Head's tribute song to Dimebag Darrell, who was taken from us 7 years ago this week. RIP DIME! We are proud to have been able to debut a new song from Lamb Of God this hour, titled Ghost Walking. Death Metal December once again took ahold of the second half of the hour as your answer to the holiday blues. DMD this week featured some of the best death metal records to come out in 2011 - Disma, Origin, Obscura, Hate Eternal, Exhumed and more. Hit play on the podcast to hear it for yourself!

From The Vault tonight featured an oldschool jam from Immortal's predecesors - Amputation. We played Motorhead and Megadeth and gave away tickets to see those guys in Kent at the Showare Center. Chris Johnson from Action Tattoo is heading up an awesome DIY toy drive for people in the South Sound in 2011, so we shouted him out and played the new holiday tune from August Burns Red - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. We gave out our 2nd pair of tickets to see Sanctuary on New Years Eve, and we ended this hour with music from Korpiklaani and Killswitch Engage.

Welcome back to Metal Shop! We are proud to re-introduce you to our traditional Metal Shop Halloween covers episode - which began this year with Grave covering classic Seattle band Alice In Chains. We went on to salute Judas Priest with Death's cover of Painkiller. We gave away tickets to see Gwar and played their cover of Alice Cooper's School's Out. Some valiant callers did their best Halford impressions and won themselves tickets to the farewell Judas Priest performance here in the north west.

We aired the third portion of our interview with Mikael Akerfeldt of Opeth this hour and concluded with an epic tune from Electric Wizard. We talked with the gentlemen from Premonition 13 this hour, and also played Wino's other band Saint Vitus. Hour one came to a close with brand new unreleased music from Insomnium.

We gave away tickets to Opeth also this hour, and ended with the band that will be opening for them - Katatonia.

Caught In A Mosh, our heaviest segment of the night, began with Dysphoria and continued on with Waking The Cadaver, Dead In The Dirt, Implosive Disgorgence, Excruciating Terror, and ended with Suffocation. We gave away tickets to see Enslaved with Alcest, and Kevin returned with Brutal Poetry featuring Embryonic Devourment. We put our new intern Callum on blast and he swore like a dumbass. He is fired. We also gave out Veil Of Maya tickets and ended tonight's show with a slow jam from a band called Loss. See you next time!
