The end of this hour also features a debut track from the new Moonsorrow record.

CAUGHT IN A MIGGITY MOSH tonight - the 15 most brutal minutes of the show! Brought to you by Integrity, Obituary, Despised Icon, and local heavy hitters Owen Hart. We gave away Deicide tickets, talked to our dude LJ about his trip on the 70,000 tons of metal cruise, and dispensed our last Atheist tickets. Folk Metal February concluded with new music from Turisas, and we celebrated our birthday, dethday with Dethklok.

Rotten Sound from Finland was extremely generous and took the time to stop by our studios before their show with Finntroll at El Corazon on February 12th, 2011. These guys broke down their influences, the state of Finnish metal, their new record Cursed, and their fears for the future of humanity. We asked our scar question, and found out where EMO GRIND came from! Haha, listen for yourself to find out.

We started right out the gate tonight with Pantera! F**KING HOSTILE! The rest of the hour consists of new and UNRELEASED music you won't hear anywhere else! Some examples include, Turisas, Children Of Bodom, Neuraxis, Motorhead, Amon Amarth and more. We featured Abysmal Dawn in an interview with their singer/guitar player Charles! We also gave away tickets to go see them with Kataklysm, and our last new track of the hour was Hollow by Rotten Sound.

From The Vault - our segment where we pay homage to the metal savages who have wreaked metal devastation on generations past! Tonight we featured DEATH. After hearing that Relapse Records was re-mastering and re-releasing The Sound Of Perseverance, we knew we had to put the spotlight on Chuck and the crew. Folk Metal February continued on with Korpkiklaani and an unreleased track from them called, "Louhen Ydeskas Poika." Yes, it's Finnish. RAMMSTEIN TICKETS! Century Media records showcase! Bolt Thrower, Dimmu Borgir, Times Of Grace and Owen Hart also showed up this hour.

Caught In A Mosh - the 15 minutes that define the HEAVINESS of metal. Tonight Caught In A Mosh featured Inherit Disease, Full Blown Chaos (Plus tickets!), new Winds Of Plague, and Hour of Pennance. It turns out Gary Holt from Exodus is going to be filling in for Jeff Hanneman of Slayer, so we played both of those bands as well. Our final pair of tickets to Rammstein tickets went out this hour, and we commence the Metal Shop Last Call!

We've been busy bees here in the Metal Shop camp this week! Cradle Of Filth, Times Of Grace, and Finntroll came to town, PLUS all the awesome local bands that rocked the NW as usual. We started Metal Shop tonight with Watain, and announced the Amon Amarth dual set on 4/20 at the Showbox Sodo. Maybe the Vikings have figured our they can run raiding parties on the "greenest" city in the north-west. Local band Bloodhunger also joined us this hour and debuted songs off of their new EP!

We concluded our interview with local band BLOODHUNGER this hour, and began our segment From The Vault, where we pay tribute to the bands who have come before us! This week From The Vault features Master from Chicago who formed in 1983. Tickets to Malevolent Creation went out this hour, and we briefly touched on the Egyptian uprisal and played Nile!

Caught In A Mosh began this week with one of the most brutal bands we've ever played - DYSPHORIA. The song was called Protoflazidium. Seriously, look it up, it will make your day. They were followed up with two tracks from NOISEAR, a song from Mother Of Mercy, and last but not least, our interview with Zach from Whitechapel. Also, news that Cathedral is breaking up! WTF? I guess after 21 years, they deserve a break too. We also included our interview with Rotten Sound this hour. RIP Gary Moore - Check out all of this and more on our podcasts! WE LOVE YOU!!!
