Welcome back to Metal Shop! We opened up tonight's show with a heart warming little number by a band called Eternal Suffering. We wished Dimebag Darrell a happy birthday and also played some PANTERA. Both Toxic Holocaust and Pentagram/Bumbershoot tickets exited the doors this hour, and we also debuted new music from Chaimaira.

Caught In A Mosh this week featured 8 indiscriminately brutal bands: Insect Warfare, Pathology, Phobia, Magrudergrind, Depths Of Humanity, New Lows, In Disgust, and Merauder. We heard new music from both Trivium and Unearth, and also test ran a fun new segment titled "Brutal Poetry." Deicide announced their upcoming March US tour, and we ended the show with new music from Wolves In The Throne Room. Until next Saturday, horns up!

Tonight's Caught In A Mosh featured Amputated, Cephalotripsy, Last Days Of Humanity, Iron Lung, Hour Of Pennance, Nails and Kataklysm. We followed up our heaviest 15 minutes of the night with old-school revival from Accept, followed by two new tracks from Polish death metal act Vader. We gave away tickets to see Diamond Head this hour, and ended with a doomy jam by Corrupted. See you next week!

Today we got to talk with John Kevill, the vocalist of modern thrash band Warbringer. He told us about some of the songs on their new record, "Worlds Torn Asunder," the Warbringer songwriting process, tour activities, John's dream band, and he also answered our scar question. Their new record comes out September 27th on Century Media and they will be in town at El Corazon on November 5th.
